Ad Impressions is a full service custom promotional products purchasing agency. Our clients don't spend their work days surfing through options that won't suit their needs. After becoming familiar with your project details, we present you with only the items that suit your brand, budget, and time frame.
And if your logo isn't print ready, no problem. We can convert art to get it ready for production and also offer up to 1/2 hour of layout and typesetting with every order.
After your order is placed, we continue to work on your behalf. Our agents work closely with our vendors and clients to facilitate prompt proof approvals, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and proactively ensure on-time delivery. And you only pay for the products... It's like having your own personal purchasing assistant for free!
Ad Impressions is a member of the Advertising Specialty Institute and is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE).
Jamie Capan joined Ad Impressions in March of 2000, promptly after her internship with KDKA-TV as a commercial production assistant. Although advertising on products is much different from advertising on television, her background in marketing prepared her for the custom promotional products business.
Jamie spent 4 years employed as the assistant to the owner, Sally Rafson. Assisting with sales and customer service were Jamie's top priorities. She excels in developing creative ideas for promotions and has a keen eye for unique products. When Sally announced that she would be selling the company, Jamie's rapport with their clients and suppliers made her the best candidate. In June 2004, Jamie purchased Ad Impressions.
Jamie lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in the neighboring city of Uniontown.
In 1986 Sally Rafson established Ad Impressions as a way to indulge her interest in marketing while still working from home and caring for her children. Since that time, Rafson wanted to have more time to devote to other endeavors. In 2004 her sales assistant, Jamie Capan, purchased Ad Impressions. Capan quickly turned to Powerlink, an organization that serves women owned businesses. Needing to balance established routines with new ideas, Capan was awarded a Powerlink advisory panel in 2005. Capan continues to reshape the company so that Ad Impressions may best serve its clients.
Ad Impressions has 4 times won the Matrix Award presented by the Association for Women in Communications. The award recognizes outstanding professional work in the field of communications.
